This is my new poem.
DON'T HURT THE CHILD
You can kill me gently, you can kill me rough.
You can torture me with machines, I wont say "Enough!"
You can beat me up, painfully and wild,
But please, don't hurt the child!
You can starve me till I'm death
If you want I'll be your little pet.
If you want I'll be mild,
But please, don't hurt the child!
I'm almost at the end,
I've seen the world.
So if you wanjt somebody, take ME you thief!
But don't hurt the child, let him live!
If you want to trade go to the mall,
If you want to rape, buy a doll.
If you want to dig gold and if you want to rule,
Don't hurt the child, he's not your tool!
If you want to drop bombs, drop them on me,
if you want to take a life, take mine for free.
If you want to be a master, I'll be your slave,
Just don't hurt the child, please keep him save!
If you want to have war, I'll play with you,
If you want to rule the world, I'll follow you!
If you want to be a violent father, I'll be your son,

The life I live is finally ending
I'll soon will rest in a harmless peace
Only dirt and dust, so dark and cold
I'm young, but I feel really old.
Where is the joy that they are promising?
Where is the happiness that I've heard about?
When will be time for my salvation?
The sun's obscured by a rainy cloud.
They took away the hope,
They took away my freedom
There is no path for me to take,
It seems that all my life is a mistake.

Will I be forgotten or will I be missed?

The truth I used to believe in is now rotten,
The little boy in mirror is now forgotten

But I'm still wondering for Whom the bell tools.
Please give me a hammer to tear down my wall
And I'll be laughing when all the bricks will fall
And I'll finally see the other side
And the night will finally turn into the light.

Playing for a change: Stand by me
From the award-winning documentary, "Playing For Change: Peace Through Music", comes the first of many "songs around the world" being released independently. Featured is a cover of the Ben E. King classic by musicians around the world adding their part to the song as it travelled the globe.
